Haas is the American team founded by Gene Haas, whose company Haas Automation makes machine tools. Granted an entry in 2014, it made its debut in 2016, when Romain Grosjean scored points by finishing sixth in the team's first race in Australia. Haas is headquartered in Kannapolis, North Carolina, with a European base in Banbury, England, and a design office in Maranello, Italy.
The team's model is built on a close technical partnership with Ferrari, which supplies its power units and other components. Its best constructors' finish is fifth, achieved in 2018, and Kevin Magnussen claimed its first pole position at the 2022 São Paulo Grand Prix. Technical partner Toyota Gazoo Racing became the team's title partner for 2026.
