About Rerace

Rerace is a free, ad-supported website that lists live and upcoming sports events and links to or embeds streams from third-party providers. It also offers F1 live timing, schedules, projected standings, driver and team profiles, weather forecasts and news headlines. There are no user accounts.

No hosting of content

Rerace does not host, upload, store or transmit any video. All streams are provided by independent third parties and embedded from their servers. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, quality, availability, legality or advertising of third-party streams.

Third-party streams and links

Embedded players and external links take you to content and services operated by third parties, which have their own terms and privacy policies. You use them at your own discretion. You are responsible for making sure that your use of Rerace and of any third-party content complies with the laws that apply where you are.

Service provided “as is”

Rerace is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the site, any stream or any feature will be available, uninterrupted, error-free or accurate. Live timing, projected standings, schedules and weather forecasts are provided for information only, may be delayed or incomplete, and are not official results.

Acceptable use

When using Rerace, you agree not to:

• scrape, crawl or copy the site or its data by automated means, other than through standard search engine indexing;
• overload, attack or disrupt the site or its infrastructure, or try to get around its security measures;
• frame, mirror or republish Rerace pages, or present them as your own;
• use the site for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose;
• misuse our contact channels, for example by sending spam or abusive messages.

We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Advertising

Rerace is funded by advertising from third-party networks, including pop-under, social bar, native and banner formats. Advertisers are responsible for their own ads, and an ad appearing on Rerace is not an endorsement. Rerace itself will never ask you to pay, install software or enter personal details to watch a stream, so treat any ad or pop-up that does with caution.

Intellectual property

The design, layout, code, logo, text and original graphics of Rerace belong to Rerace or its licensors. You may share links to Rerace pages, but you may not copy or reuse our design or content for commercial purposes without our permission.

Trademarks, series names, team names, logos and other marks shown on the site belong to their respective owners. News headlines and excerpts remain the property of their publishers.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rerace is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including loss caused by third-party streams, players, websites or ads, interruptions to the service, or reliance on information shown on the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Changes to the site and these terms

We may change, suspend or remove any part of Rerace at any time. We may also update these terms; the latest version will always be available on this page, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator’s jurisdiction. If you use Rerace as a consumer, you also keep any mandatory protections given to you by the law of the country where you live.
