Discord: fastest for stream issues

Our Discord server is the quickest way to report a stream problem, especially during a live event. You can post the details straight away and see whether other viewers are having the same issue.

Reporting a broken stream

Before reporting, try the other sources listed for the same event, as another provider may be working. If none of them play, please include:

• The event: the race, session or match, and the date.
• The source: the name or number of the stream source you tried.
• Your device and browser: for example, an iPhone with Safari or a Windows laptop with Chrome.
• What happened: a black screen, endless buffering, an error message, the wrong event or unwanted pop-ups.
• Anything that might interfere: an ad blocker, a VPN or a privacy extension.

A screenshot helps too. Streams are run by third-party providers, so we cannot always fix a stream itself, but we can check the sources we list and remove or replace ones that no longer work.

Response times

We aim to reply to every message as soon as we can, but we cannot promise a specific response time, particularly during busy race weekends. For urgent stream problems during a live event, Discord is usually the quickest option.
